Miso Butter Salmon with Charred Broccolini

Ingredients
Serves 4
Miso Butter
3 tbspbutter(softened)
2 tbspwhite miso paste
1 tbsphoney
1 tsp~rice vinegar
Salmon and Vegetables
4salmon fillets(6 oz each)
2 bunchesbroccolini(trimmed)
2 tbspvegetable oil
0.5 tsp~salt
1 tbspsesame seeds
Method
- Set oven rack 6 inches from broiler element. Preheat broiler to high.
- Mix softened butter, miso, honey, and rice vinegar until smooth.
- Toss broccolini with oil and salt on a large baking sheet. Spread to edges.
- Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the center. Spread miso butter over each fillet.
- Broil for 8-10 minutes until salmon is cooked through and broccolini has charred edges.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds over everything and serve immediately.
