Pizza base dough for a bread maker.

3 tsp
Yeast
450 g
Flour
(00 Flour works best)
3 tbsp
Olive Oil
1 tsp
Sugar
1 tsp
Salt
300 ml
Warm water
Method
Bloom the yeast in 200ml warm water
Add the bloomed yeast to bread maker bowl
Add the flour, olive oil, sugar and salt to the mixer bowl
Add the remaining warm water
Set the bread maker to pizza dough and turn on
